Russel has been creating amazing color for over 26 years. “I figured that I have done about 36,000 color services in my career, so far. I never get bored because every client comes with a different set of challenges. I am so fortunate to do what I love for a living.” Russel is a well known educator for the beauty industry not only teaching haircolor but also training salon and spa business owners to grow their businesses. Russel is also a trained Life Coach which brings him a huge advantage in communicating with clients. He understands that the biggest reason clients leave a salon is a lack of quality communication.
